accueil très agréable (petit déjeuner, horaire d'accueil, personnel très présent) petit déjeuné offert de bonne qualité Prix de la chambre(bien entendu...) situation

téléviseur sans télécommande prix bagagerie (sur le site il est indiqué que les 10€ sont pour l'ensemble du séjour alors qu'il faut payer 10€pour l'arrivée et 10€ pour le départ)

Nous pouvons entendre le via la chambre l'entré et sortie des voisins de chambre, celà ne m'a pas dérangé car les voisins étaient discret (ou chambre bien isolé) après étant dans leur chambre

La qualité de l'accueil : personnel très aimable quelque soit l'heure. Petit déjeuner copieux servi par une personne très souriante. La chambre et la salle de bain sont propres même si la moquette est abîmée.. La situation proche de la gare de l'est est appréciable, le bruit de la rue très amoindri avec les vitrages, les chambres dans les étages permettent de profiter d'un beau panorama. Le rapport qualité/prix est vraiment très convenable. Nous avons beaucoup aimé l'ascenseur rénové mais qui a gardé son style ancien.

Le petit déjeuner à la française est tout à fait convenable. Une très jolie vue depuis la chambre du 6e étage.

La chasse d'eau fuit et fait du bruit toute la nuit. Le matelas forme un creux en son milieu qui fait qu'on roule dedans. Les discussions à voix haute dans le boulevard en pleine nuit et le bruit du moteur d'un camion qui reste en marche pendant plus de 10 minutes, mais ces deux reproches ne sont pas du fait de l'hôtel.
