Front staff was friendly. Location was great, right in front of Gare de l’est. Windows are new and the noise level from the street is blocked out.

Excellent rapport qualité/prix pour une nuit. Trés bon chauffage dans la chambre, eau trés chaude dans la douche. Pas bruyant la nuit. Petit déjeuner offert et personnel sympathique.

Very near to Gare du Est ( we had train departing very early from there) and metro station

Hotel rooms are old , heating too warm and not adjustable, but good quality/ price ratio for the area. Noisy area Simple but genuine breakfast, staff courtesy

Chambre calme, ascenseur très joli, personnel gentil, explications claires sur le site et de vive voix, bien situé par rapport à la gare de l'est , choix de couverture et de couette, WC séparés de la SDB, petits meubles pour poser / ranger les affaires,

Pas de possibilité de réduire le chauffage , écran TV un peu loin, (ou un peu petit)

Nous pouvons entendre le via la chambre l'entré et sortie des voisins de chambre, celà ne m'a pas dérangé car les voisins étaient discret (ou chambre bien isolé) après étant dans leur chambre

La qualité de l'accueil : personnel très aimable quelque soit l'heure. Petit déjeuner copieux servi par une personne très souriante. La chambre et la salle de bain sont propres même si la moquette est abîmée.. La situation proche de la gare de l'est est appréciable, le bruit de la rue très amoindri avec les vitrages, les chambres dans les étages permettent de profiter d'un beau panorama. Le rapport qualité/prix est vraiment très convenable. Nous avons beaucoup aimé l'ascenseur rénové mais qui a gardé son style ancien.

Par endroit, des rénovations pourraient être faites (moquette, porte-manteau dans la salle de bains)
